Returns, shipping, pickup, pre-orders, and how we grade condition.
All sales final
All sales are final: we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please read each listing and look at every photo before you buy. Want a closer look? Call (567) 250-8094 and we're happy to send more photos.
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or it isn't what the listing described, contact us within [3 days] of delivery and we'll make it right.
Shipping
We ship within [the United States]. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and your address. Orders ship within [2 business days] from our Findlay store, and tracking comes by email. [Cards ship sleeved in a toploader; toys ship boxed and padded.]
Local pickup and holds
Choose Local Pickup at checkout to skip shipping. We'll email you when your order is ready; pick it up any time we're open, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
Paying online is how we hold an item: once it's paid for, it comes off the shelf and it's yours. Please pick up within [7 days]; after that, [we'll call before returning it to the shelf].
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are paid in full when you order. We ship or set aside your order on release day. If a manufacturer cuts our allocation and we can't fill your pre-order, we refund you in full.
Condition guide: toys and games
| Grade | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sealed | Factory sealed, never opened. Any box wear is shown in the photos. |
| Complete in Box | Opened, with the original box and every original piece. |
| Loose, Complete | No box, but all original accessories and parts. |
| Loose, Incomplete | No box, and missing pieces; the listing says which. |
| Cart or Disc Only | Video game only: no box or manual. |
| For Parts | Broken or heavily worn; sold as-is for parts or repair. |
Condition guide: trading cards
| Grade | What it means |
|---|---|
| Near Mint (NM) | Looks fresh from the pack; at most a tiny flaw. |
| Lightly Played (LP) | Minor wear on edges or corners, or light scratches. |
| Moderately Played (MP) | Clear wear: edge whitening, corner wear, scratches. |
| Heavily Played (HP) | Heavy wear and possibly a crease; still playable in a sleeve. |
| Damaged (DMG) | Major creases, tears, water damage or writing. |
Graded cards come in the grading company's sealed case, and the grade on its label is the grade. Every flaw we find is described or photographed.
